¹¹Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted,
but by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed.

¹²One who despises his neighbor lacks sense,
but one with discernment remains silent.

¹³A gossip reveals secrets,
but one who is trustworthy conceals a matter.
